Accommodations As presently designed, and subject to Buyer?s modification, there is an Owner?s stateroom on the upper Owner?s deck, and seven guest suites on the main deck. There are 11 or 12 crew staterooms plus the Captains cabin. BILGE DECK: Pump room forward followed aft by the laundry. Further aft are the dry store areas and refrigerator and freezer rooms. There is a crew office further aft with bathroom, desk, hanging locker and Pullman berth above a desk. There is an optional layout for an additional crew stateroom in this area. There is a full height crew passage between the tanks aft into the engine room. LOWER DECK: There are eleven crew staterooms forward with 9 crew bathrooms. There is an optional layout for an additional crew cabin opposite the crew mess which is to port. There is access from the crew area into the beach club and spa, which also has various optional layouts. As presently designed the beach club opens to the water on the starboard side and has a steam room, plunge pool, shower, hair salon, massage room, day bathroom, bar and couches as well as access to the main deck via the beach club lobby or the elevator. The main galley is opposite to port. The engine room is further aft and the garage for storing 2 x 8.5m tenders and four wave runners is further aft. There is a secondary beach club further aft with dive store and day head and settees and tables ahead of a large staircase into the water. Stairs on both sides from the swimming platform access the main deck. MAIN DECK: There are two 5m tenders stored sunken into the foredeck. There are six guest suites on the main deck all with either bathtubs with showers or generous showers. The forward two staterooms can be made into a full beam VIP stateroom with pocket doors. A seventh guest suite or staff stateroom is further aft on the main deck. The main deck lobby has elevator access from the lower deck to the sun deck and a central staircase services all deck levels. The dining room and main salon are further aft ahead of the open aft deck with dining and access to the aft beach club. UPPER OWNER?S DECK: There is an outside Jacuzzi all the way forward with sun pads around. The master stateroom has vertical windows all around giving beautiful seaside vistas. There are his and her bathrooms, each with adjoining dressing rooms further aft. An owner?s office with adjoining bathroom is aft to starboard, ahead of the lobby. Further aft is the upper deck salon with outside dining further aft. BRIDGE DECK: The bridge with vertical windows is forward with radio room, Captains cabin, Captains office and pantry further aft. The elevator and staircase service the lobby. There is a gym or cinema or additional deck salon further aft opening onto another open deck aft which can be laid out in many different arrangements as shown on the various optional drawings. SUN DECK: There is a seating area looking forward with coffee table and expansive sun pads either side of a large Jacuzzi pool. The elevator exits under the shaded area which is also well laid out with a bar and day head. There are sun loungers further aft.
